Congress is resuming talks Friday on Joe Biden’s $3.5 trillion social welfare program, to reach a goal of a House vote on the infrastructure bill.

Senate Republicans blocked formal debate on bipartisan infrastructure legislation, a top priority for President Joe Biden, as negotiations continued.

Stefanik told reporters Thursday evening she believes she is “in a strong position going into tomorrow.”
